Our portfolio includes an array of exciting projects, ranging from high-end commercial properties to condominiums, business offices, and industrial buildings.
With the introduction of our new brand ikkonic, BECC Modular is now expanding into the residential space. We are dedicated to providing single-family homes and accessory dwelling units (ADUs) with a modern and chic aesthetic. Leveraging our expertise as a fully-integrated Design-Build, Modular Manufacturer, and General Contractor, we bring years of experience to the residential sector, designing and constructing high-quality homes that cater to today's lifestyle demands.
At our state-of-the-art, CSA A277 certified volumetric modular manufacturing facility in Ancaster, Ontario, we utilize our proprietary steel framing system known as X BASE 5. This system enables us to produce exceptional modular units that are precision-engineered, remarkably robust, and environmentally sustainable. By producing our own steel studs and other components in-house, we optimize inventory management, control costs, and eliminate supply chain issues and bottlenecks. To bring our innovative modular fabrication processes to life, we have assembled a team of exceptional steel modular architects, designers, engineers, and welders, all dedicated to using the latest and most sustainable off-site construction methodologies.
As a subsidiary of our parent company, which boasts an 18-year history of constructing large-scale commercial and industrial projects throughout Ontario, BECC Modular is able to leverage our expertise in ground-up construction, in-house steel manufacturing, and framing. With a combined workforce of over 200 skilled tradespeople, we are committed to advancing modern construction practices and delivering exceptional value to our clients, vendors, communities, and enhancing overall quality of life.

Choose an ikkonic Model
Here are your allowed uses
Delivery, Sitework, and Installation
Delivery: Your model is transported from our facility to your project site. We take extra care of your valuable cargo by double wrapping it before loading it onto our transportation carriers. Throughout the journey, your product is fully insured against any damages, ensuring its safe arrival.
Grading & Excavation: Grade, cut fill and re-compact soil to meet the engineering requirements of our pre designed foundation system. If your site needs add ons such as erosion control, shoring, retention basins, grade beams, retaining walls or other atypical work, additional fees apply.
Stem Wall Perimeter Foundation: Our engineering team has pre-designed the most efficient foundation system for use with our homes. The sitework package is inclusive of this pre-engineered option, which works in most locations. If your site requires additional engineering or other foundation systems are required, we will notify you of the time and cost implications in advance. Additional fees may apply.
Utility Connections: Sitework includes connections to waste, water, power and gas/propane systems that are located within 50ft of the home. For connections outside this range, additional fees apply.
Setting: Your home will be set on the foundation system, and all permanent connections will be made. Our fees include a crane distance up to 50ft. For crane setting distances outside this range, additional fees apply.
Final Inspections: The site construction team will handle all local inspections, to ensure all requirements have been met, and the final Certificate of Occupancy has been issued by your local building and safety department. If special inspections are required due to changes in scope, additional fees apply.
