At our state-of-the-art, CSA A277 certified volumetric modular manufacturing facility in Ancaster, Ontario, we utilize our proprietary steel framing system known as X BASE 5. This system enables us to produce exceptional modular units that are precision-engineered, remarkably robust, and environmentally sustainable. By producing our own steel studs and other components in-house, we optimize inventory management, control costs, and eliminate supply chain issues and bottlenecks. To bring our innovative modular fabrication processes to life, we have assembled a team of exceptional steel modular architects, designers, engineers, and welders, all dedicated to using the latest and most sustainable off-site construction methodologies.

As a subsidiary of our parent company, which boasts an 18-year history of constructing large-scale commercial and industrial projects throughout Ontario, BECC Modular is able to leverage our expertise in ground-up construction, in-house steel manufacturing, and framing.
